An initial trademark consultation is $100 USD for a 30 minute session.

How long does the trademark registration process take?
The trademark registration process takes anywhere from 9-18 months to several years. However, the trademark service we provide will get you through the entire process. From the trademark search, filing the application, to responding to office actions, and coordinating with the USPTO.
I live outside of New York, can I still work with you on IP matters?
For trademark and copyright issues (e.g. registration, maintenance, or enforcement), absolutely! Trademark and copyright falls under federal law, so I can work with clients across all 50 states.
If you need any contract review services, we can review your already-drafted contracts and make revisions where needed.
As far as drafting any custom state-specific contracts, we only serve those in New York. But we do provide non-state specific contract templates!
